A point of clarification.

Evidently, based on the e-mails I've recieved, "The Title DOES NOT Say it All". Peak oil is often confused with oil depletion.

Peak oil is the point of maximum production while depletion refers to a period of falling reserves and supply.

Again, I believe we are at, near, or past maximum production. But "Peak Oil is Here!" sounds a lot better than "Peak Oil might be here today, tomorrow...or maybe the day before tomorrow."
